Ordering

Do I pay tax on my order?

Yes. Taxes are added to your order at checkout. The rate of tax calculated based upon the Province your medication is shipped to and is shown as a line item on your receipt.

How do I pay for my order?

You are able to pay for your order using Credit Card, Visa Debit, E-Transfer, Cheque or Money Order.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no order minimum for our Cannabis Oils or Topicals.

For Dried Cannabis your order needs to be over 10 grams.

Shipping

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Your shipment is a prescription and must be signed for upon delivery. If you are using a PO BOX, then you will need to go to your post office and sign for your package.

How long until I receive my shipment?

The time it takes to receive your shipment will depend upon a number of factors, including the date and time you place your order, your location and whether you use Canada Post or Purolator.

In general, the majority of our patients receive their medication in 2-5 business days. Orders received before 10am PST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the day you place the order. Orders placed after 10am PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Please remember that Canada Post and Purolator only deliver Monday- Friday and do not deliver on statutory holidays.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

We offer you one free shipment every 30 days. This means that once a month you get FREE EXPRESS shipping using your choice of Canada Post or Purolator. After this, orders over $350 will continue to receive free shipping. If your  order is under $350, you will need to cover the cost of shipping and can choose to use Canada Post Express Post or Purolator Express.

How should I store my medication?

Cannabis should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

Cannabis Oils and Topicals can be kept in the fridge, however they will solidify at cold temperatures and will need to be warmed to room temperature before use.

Remember to keep all Cannabis products out of the reach of children.

Can I vaporize WMMC cannabis oil?

No. Our oils are created using organic extra virgin olive oil and organic coconut oil which can damage smoking apparatus.

Will a topical get me high?

Registration

Who can complete my medical document?

Your Medical Document must be completed by a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner who is licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons in your Province.

Does my prescription have to be written on the WMMC document?

No. You can use your Health Care Practitioners own Medical Document provided it contains all the information required by Health Canada and the Cannabis Act.

Can I change Licensed Producers?

Yes, you can transfer your Medical Document from WMMC to another Licensed Producer. To do so please email or write to us letting us know, and confirm which producer you would like your documents to be sent to.
